I gave them multiple projects including digitizing 8MM home video tapes, VHS, over a hundred slides, and even some old film reels from 1950s and 1960s. Not only was the work completed promptly, but the results are exceptional and will preserve our family memories indefinitely! Mr. Franck is a fantastic communicator. Very honest and up front about his business and how he will process your tapes. Decently priced as well, and Mr. Franck will adjust if you don't have a full tape, or if it's full of filler. Also, we weren't in a rush to get these digitized because we already had sat on them for decades, but the turnaround was very fast (only a few days) and we're able to watch these for Christmas. Can't recommend it enough, and will recommend Mr. Franck to other people who might need this service.

Digitized many VHS tapes in various formats as well as several older film reels. Had a video or two with sound syncing/quality issues and he had no problem doing a re-transfer to resolve the issues. Some of our tapes were in bad condition due to poor storage conditions. Many of these tapes had mold on them. Charles worked with a third party that could clean our moldy tapes so we didn’t have to take any additional steps ourselves. Ended up with a lot of memories that we were able to share with family instead of letting them disappear forever. Highly recommend.

Video Innovation LLC was able to digitize one of my old childhood tapes and it made my family so so happy to have been able to recover this very old memory! Mr. Franck was very considerate of the date I needed this conversion by and was able to give it to me in a timely fashion. I would definitely work with Video Innovation again.
